. Refund and Returns Policy

At NatureGrin, we manufacture and supply high-quality home hygiene, floor cleaning, laundry care, and surface disinfectant solutions. Because chemical cleaning agents and liquid hygiene products are non-reusable once opened, our Return & Refund Policy is structured as follows:

1. Return & Replacement Eligibility Criteria

We accept returns, free replacements, or full refunds exclusively under the following verified circumstances:

• Damaged / Leaking Delivery: The bottle, container, or outer box was received cracked, punctured, severely damaged, or leaking upon arrival.
• Incorrect / Missing Items: You received a different product from what was ordered, or an item/gift promised in a combo pack is missing.
• Defective Formulation: The product displays clear manufacturing defects or separation rendering it unusable upon receipt.

1. Mandated Unboxing Video Requirement

To prevent fraudulent claims and ensure fast processing, customers MUST record a clear, continuous unboxing video starting from showing the sealed outer shipping box/courier label to opening the package and inspecting the items inside. Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

1. Non-Returnable Items

Opened, partially used, or unsealed liquid cleaners, detergents, handwashes, or car shampoos; free gifts or trial items included with combo offers; and products reported after the 48-hour post-delivery window.

1. Refund Timelines & Method

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after verification. Prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method, while COD orders will be refunded via UPI or direct bank transfer.
