At NatureGrin, we process orders quickly to ensure rapid delivery. Please review our order cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order free of charge at any point BEFORE it is handed over to the courier partner. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be canceled. You may refuse delivery at doorstep, but return shipping fees may be deducted.

1. Cancellation by NatureGrin

NatureGrin reserves the right to cancel any order prior to fulfillment due to stock unavailability, payment verification failure, pricing/system glitches, or unserviceable pincodes. A 100% full refund will be processed in such cases within 3 to 5 business days.
